Rudgwick Neighbourhood Plan `Made’ by Full Council
The Rudgwick Neighbourhood plan was formally made by Horsham District Council on 23rd June 2021 with Members voting unanimously to `make’ the Neighbourhood Plan. The plan will now form part of the development plan for Horsham and will be used to determine planning applications.

Horsham District Council has arranged for Independent Examiner, Andrew Ashcroft, to examine our plan.

Rudgwick Neighbourhood Plan – Status as at 6th November 2020
Regulation 16 Consultation (arranged by Horsham District Council) commenced on 2nd October 2020 for 7 weeks to 20th November 2020.
On 4th September 2020, Squires Planning (on behalf of RPC) formally made the Regulation 15 submission to HDC as set out in this letter.

At an Extraordinary Meeting on 3rd September 2020, Rudgwick Parish Council authorised the Regulation 15 submission of the Neighbourhood Plan to Horsham District Council.
All the Regulation 14 consultation responses were carefully analysed and, where deemed appropriate by the RNP Steering Group, the Neighbourhood Plan was suitably modified.
The Regulation 14 Consultation closed on 19th July having run for 2 months from 18th May 2020.
